Kathy has extensive governance and company secretarial experience across a range of domestic and offshore financial services organisations. Since leaving big corporate she has found a deeper purpose in supporting not-for-profits to enhance their governance capabilities.
Kathy offers a mix of technical capability and supportive qualities that will help her build rapport with your team and help you get the best value insights from her practical approach to good governance.
She is currently completing further post graduate study at the Governance Institute of Australia to qualify as a Chartered Secretary.
