Company Secretarial and Independent Minute Taking Services
A practical, cost-effective company secretarial service to elevate your board governance.
A practical, cost-effective company secretarial service to elevate your board governance.
A well sequenced agenda is the first step to an effective board meeting.
We can do the internal chasing for submission of meeting papers and once submitted cast an eye over content before collation into the papers.
Part of our value add is our independence. This means we're able to produce an unbiased and factual set of minutes for your organisation.
We'll keep any internal registers including action items, attendance and directors' interests updated.
An agreed workplan for your Board or Subcommittee aligned to your strategy sets a clear expectation for Management of what is required and by when. We can help you develop this workplan and ensure that there is good visibility of progress and any items that may need to be re-prioritised.
We will happily share any best practice observations throughout our engagement to strengthen your internal governance practices.
There are many board platforms to choose from. With firsthand experience using a number of them, we can offer suggestions on which platform may best fit your needs and budget.

I acknowledge the Ningi Ningi and Gubbi Gubbi people as the Traditional Custodians of the land where I live, work and raise my young family. I recognise their enduring connection to the land, seas and waterways which have always been places of community and culture.
Gubbi Gubbi Country is a special place of incredible warmth and beauty, filled with colour, diversity and life. The galah, magpie, pelican, dolphin and turtle all call this land home and I’m grateful for the care that has been shown to preserve this natural diversity by past generations of First Nations people.
Through this Acknowledgement, I offer my continuing commitment to learning more about the tried and tested models of Indigenous governance and offer my heartfelt appreciation to the First Nations leaders who have been so gracious in sharing their wisdom and governance practices with me.
